Mary Elizabeth Fischer, Realtor® |
My Real Estate career began over 30 years ago as a Real Estate Paralegal with several prestigious center city law firms, and a national title insurance company marketing multistate services. This time period was long served and a shift to a new phase of real estate was pursued with real estate offices serving the northeast corridor of Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties. After several years staking an excellent client base and relationships, I joined Barandon & Hollinger Real Estate in Cheltenham. The unique boutique nature of this firm affords the ability to devote attention to both residential clients - Seller and Buyers - as well as commercial clients. Barandon & Hollinger Real Estate has a reputation earned through results, a reputation built on a commitment to clients, and a reputation rooted in public service. To further my education in this field, I have been awarded the designations – GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialists), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) – as well as membership in the national, state and local real estate associations, the Association of Notary Publics and the local Chamber of Commerce. |

Roy Hollinger, Realtor® |
Dear Neighbors and Friends, Hopefully some of you know me as the local Realtor in our neighborhood of East Cheltenham. Many things make up a good neighborhood, like safety, cleanliness and a sense of community. My goal with this web site is to give us an even better sense of community and you are welcomed to add to this site the many activities of your organizations that make our neighborhood stronger. Many years ago some of you will remember the little newspaper I started for just the same purpose. I love my neighborhood. I volunteer, as many of you do, to make our neighborhood better. This is where we bought our first suburban home, raised our children and watched them all return to live and buy in Cheltenham. My youngest goes to Cheltenham High and my grandchildren go to school at Cheltenham Elementary. Barandon & Hollinger Real Estate has been located in Cheltenham for 60 years, one the oldest family owned businesses and we appreciate the loyalty this community has shown to our firm over the years. List your home with confidence; we are never too busy to talk to you about anything. Your neighborhood broker, Roy |

Chris Koniers, Realtor® |
Hello, my name is Chris Koniers. I am a Realtor and I am proud to be part of Barandon & Hollinger, a Cheltenham tradition for 60 Years. We are a unique Agency – able to give very personalized advice to our Clients – both buyers and sellers. Today’s difficult economy, the ever-changing Real Estate Market, make it essential to work with a professional who will listen and act on your needs and requirements, and with a Company that offers more than the Franchised sameness of many Mega-firms.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I attended Penn State University – in both Abington and State College – and graduated with a degree in Secondary Education. Although I did not pursue Teaching as my profession, my education has served as a solid base in the business world, while allowing me to work on an individual basis with each one of my clients.
My wife Franny and I moved to Cheltenham to afford our daughters a Cheltenham School System Education. They both graduated with honors and went on to the College of their choice. Our first house in Cheltenham was in Cheltenham Village. Our family grew and we moved to Glenside. I have lived in the area all of my life. I have had opportunities to relocate several times – but have always realized what a great place to live this are is!
I try to seek clients who are First Time home buyers. The home buying process can be daunting and may seem at times overwhelming, however working with a trained and experienced professional will tame the process. I will be glad to spend time to answer any questions about the process of buying or selling Real Estate.
Call me so we can discuss finding a home!

Dee Neverson, Realtor® |
Hello, I am Dee Neverson. I was born in Philadelphia and have lived here my whole life. I graduated from Frankford High School and then attended Chestnut Hill College, majoring in Elementary Education with a concentration in Fine Arts. The oldest of five children, I am now married to my “high school sweetheart” with two children of my own, ages 13 and 7. I have always desired the ability to maintain a strong family life, being an involved parent, spouse, sibling, daughter and friend, along with having a professional career that adds to the quality of life of others. With the mind set that a career in teaching would allow this desire to flourish, I began a career teaching in the Philadelphia School District. After teaching for 4+ years, I realized that teaching in the inner city was taking a hefty mental toll which deeply impacted my family life. I needed a change. I have always believed in the ideal that while I may not be able to change the world, the small things we do as individuals can strengthen and improve our society greatly. I chose, and have stayed with, Barandon and Hollinger Real Estate because it is a small company committed to family values, honesty, integrity, and serving our communities, this is the kind of place I would choose for my own real estate needs. I am dedicated to the individual attention we are able to offer our clients from the very beginning of any transaction throughout their lifetimes. I have been a realtor for a little over two years now and have seen the impact we can have on our clients’ lives. I am deeply committed to providing exceptional support, continued education and peace of mind to every client during one of the greatest financial transactions of their lives. |

Mark Rowe, Realtor® |
My name is Mark Rowe. I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area having been blessed with the opportunity to attend the award winning Cheltenham schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. Upon high school graduation in 2004, I began my career as a student at Temple University majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. In August of 2009, I am expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University’s well respected Fox School of Business and Management. From the time I was a child, I was instilled with the value of a strong work ethic. Extremely industrious as a child, those within my sphere of influence would keep me busy by paying me to do odd jobs. At the age of 18, I launched a successful Landscaping company which provided the means to attend Temple University. I am confident that I will continue to be successful as a full-time Real Estate professional despite marke conditions. Although my business is buying and selling real estate, I represent you. You are the focal point of my business and I am in business to serve you to the highest standard of Integrity. It is my desire to be your Realtor®. So whether you are buying or selling a home, or making the wise decision to invest in real estate, I am here to serve you. With an in-depth knowledge of the local market, the ability to negotiate, and the ability to properly analyze investments, you will not go wrong with Mark Rowe on your side. I sincerely look forward to working for you. |

Real estate is one of the most exciting investments that one can make, and it should be a fun and rewarding experience. I’m also a member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. I build longtime relationships with my clients. Whether it’s working with 1st time home buyers or non 1st time home buyers, I understand their excitement as well as their anxieties. I am here to ease the transition. As a realtor I am very excited to be a part of the Barandon & Hollinger Real Estate Team. Remember, my goal is to provide you with superior service at all times. Commitment to Excellence through Honesty and Service This sums up how I would describe the Barandon and Hollinger Real Estate (BHRE) team!! I met Roy Hollinger while working on a re-election campaign for Commissioner McKeown (Cheltenham). I mentioned my desire to become a Real Estate Agent and Roy suggested that I contact him when I got my license. So, after receiving my Real Estate License in 2006, I did just that!! The BHRE team is committed to excellence and service – going above and beyond the call of duty. The BHRE team takes pride in being honest and meeting the needs of all clients, first time and seasoned buyers/sellers, in all areas of the real estate market – residential and commercial. I am a native Philadelphian – educated in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School). I am a Software Engineer by trade – having earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (BSCIS) from Hampton (VA) University and a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) from Drexel (PA) University – performing Real Estate duties part-time. My husband and I have resided in Cheltenham Township since 1999 and manage properties in Philadelphia. Our family loves the small town feel of Cheltenham and appreciates the many community events that it offers. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® and the Montgomery County Association of Realtors®. I know and fully understand how daunting and overwhelming the real estate industry can be!! Though still a novice Real Estate Agent, I will take the time necessary to explain the dynamics of real estate as much as possible. And, if there is something I do not know, I will do my best to get the answer – relying on the expertise and experience of the BHRE team members. Cordially, Sandra |
